Custom Design: Chat with our customer service reps and they will create your own customized design for free!

In our low season, you will receive your order around 3-5 weeks after we succesfully receive your payment
During high seasons, you will receive your order in around 4-7 weeks

We provide FREE worldwide delivery using Aramex, DHL, Fedex, UPS, DPXWorldwide
Your order can be delivered directly to your school or to your home address.
Our minimum order is usually 8 jackets, but we can try to make exceptions in some cases.
We do accept follow up orders if your school/group already placed a previous order. The minimum quantity for follow up orders is 5 jackets, but we do give exceptions in some cases.
Yes! We have 2 ways to provide you with a sample:
- Picture sample (faster): We will fully produce your jacket and send you high quality pictures & videos showing you the sample jacket. This usually takes 1-2 weeks.
- Physical sample (slower): We will fully produce your jacket, and send it to your address. This usually takes 1-3 weeks.
Note: Only 1 sample is allowed per order, but we do accept 2nd sample productions in some cases.
Delivery is absolutely FREE of charge! However, payments like tax, duties and clearance of shipment required by customs in your country must be fulfilled by the customer.
Unfortunatly we cannot accept cash on delivery at the moment. All payment should be done 100% prior starting the order.
Design related questions
Yes! You can either add a fixed hoodie to your varsity jacket, or a removable / detachable hoodie for free!
A maximum of 2 customizable patches, any additional patches will be charged extra
Yes! All jackets are made with hidden pockets on the inside!
Please note that the color in real life may look slightly different than the color approved from the photo we send you. Additionally, please note that orders made in the same color but in a separate batch may have a slight difference in color - therefore it is always advised to group your order into one to ensure that it comes in the same batch with the same color.
Yes! In addition to our famous varsity jackets, we also provide hoodies, tshirts, sweatpants and more! All fully customizable!
