Order Terms and Conditions

You are free to use the senior jackets online designer tool or chat with your customer sales rep and receive a custom design for your varsity jacket. However, any designs downloaded from the online designer tool or from your support rep are owned by Senior Jackets and cannot be used for other purposes or by other suppliers.

Always review the Student List and make sure all the spelling and sizes are correct. Once an order is paid for and sent to our production department, we aren't able to make any changes for free. Any changes after the final approval from the customer will require a small fee depending on the change.

Delivery is 100% free of charge! However, payments such as tax, duties and clearance of shipment required by customs in your country must be fulfilled by the customer.

Colors may vary per production batch. When placing a second or follow up order from a previous design, you may experience a slight change in the color of the fabric. Therefore, it is always a good idea to place an order for everybody in the same group as once.

Repeat or additional follow on orders are accepted, but as a gentle reminder, the colors of the second follow up order jackets may not be exactly the same as the original order, due to the production process.

Please note that the actual color of the fabric is different from of the color on the screen of our devices.

When placing an order, assign one main contact person for communication (or group chat) to avoid any miscommunication. SeniorJackets will not acknowledge any changes coming from different contact unless being advised by the primary contact.
